Mr. Astourian's practice focuses on business law and litigation, international business transactions, and Middle Eastern affairs. He is well versed in the European civil code system and various legal systems in the Middle East as well as in the laws of the United States and California.
He has extensively litigated in a variety of arbitral, judicial, and governmental forums and jurisdictions throughout the United States and abroad on behalf of individual and corporate clients in the following areas:
• Domestic and international business transactions in the Middle East, United States, • Commercial breach of contract disputes; • Intellectual property, including trademark and copyright infringement, and agency and • Employment law matters; • General civil and commercial litigation matters.
