Ms. Crawford's practice focuses on commercial litigation and appellate work. She has handled a broad range of business and commercial disputes, including matters involving products liability, insurance coverage, unfair competition, intellectual property, securities fraud, antitrust, real estate, and general business torts. Ms. Crawford has also worked on writs and appeals heard by the California Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Highlights of Ms. Crawford's successes include:

• Collaborating on the successful appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court in Johnson v.
  California, 125 S. Ct. 1141 (2005), resulting in a historic settlement with the California
  Department of Corrections calling for the desegregation of California’s prison system;

• Worked on teams that successfully defended a putative nationwide class action
  involving allegations of defects in products involving more than $4 billion in goods
  sold in the U.S. market.
