Edward S. Pak

Mr. Pak's practice focuses on complex business litigation, negotiation of commercial contracts, employment litigation, and intellectual property.

Prior to joining the Firm as an attorney, Mr. Pak worked in the legal department of a large entertainment company handling various IP-related matters and contract issues.

Mr. Pak also studied International Trade and Bankruptcy Law at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. Prior to law school, Mr. Pak served as a law clerk at Sojong Partners, one of the largest corporate law firms in Seoul, Korea.

Mr. Pak is also involved with a number of internet-based startup companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and spends much of his free time assisting young entrepreneurs in developing their businesses.

Mr. Pak is proficient in Korean.
