Caroline Sayers focuses her practice on complex business litigation and negotiation of commercial contracts. Before joining the Firm, she spent eight years at the global firm of White & Case LLP, litigating complex matters on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. She has been lead trial counsel in numerous matters, including six trials, and has experience in a wide range of national and international litigation matters involving commercial contract disputes, unfair competition, commercial fraud, trademark, application of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, auditor liability, and issues under the Hague Convention.
Ms. Sayers' notable professional achievements include the following:
