Wasco Products, Inc. v. Southwall Technologies, Inc., et al., 435 F.3d 989 (9^th Cir.), cert. denied, 127 S. Ct. 83 (2006).

▪ Won dismissal based on plaintiff's litigation conduct of virtually all claimed damages in alleged $40 million products action, leading to plaintiff's voluntary dismissal of the action solely in exchange for a waiver of costs.

▪ Successful defense of an $8 million lawsuit filed against a multi-national corporation resulting in defense judgment.

▪     Successful prosecution of contract and fraud claims on behalf of a Fortune 500 company against a major international corporation in connection with a complex business dispute
