Susan Barilich has practiced law
for over 25 years. Her practice has focused on litigation and trial
matters, including commercial, business, real estate and public law
litigation. She has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict, and in
addition, has handled many trials to the court, and a number of
commercial and construction arbitrations. Ms. Barilich is
licensed to practice law in the States of California and Texas, as
well as in a number of federal jurisdictions. She is Board
Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization. Ms. Barilich has spoken at a number of
continuing legal education seminars on the topics of evidence,
discovery, litigation involving financial institutions, usury,
foreclosures, and mechanics lien law and construction issues.
She obtained her J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law
School, and her B.A. (English) from Indiana University (with high
honors).
