Kellye is a paralegal with the firm. She holds
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and a minor in English
from California State University Northridge. While attending
Whittier Law School, she was chosen to represent the western region
of the Black Lawyer Student Association (BLSA) at its National Moot
Court Competition in Washington D.C. Kellye previously worked at
Sedgwick, Detert, Moran and Arnold in its Los Angeles office as a
summer associate and later as a law clerk where she was active on
cases focusing upon the defense of national and international
corporations in general liability, premises liability and products
liability cases. She also assisted in the representation of
business clients in the enforcement of contracts, including breach
of contract and indemnification claims, and has experience handling
transactional and litigation matters in the entertainment field.
Kellye has extensive background in real estate transactions, and volunteers
with the Department of Children and Family Services as a mentor for
foster youth. She is a member of the National Association of Female
Executives and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
